| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία, περιγράφονται οι έννοιες, οι διακρίσεις και τα χαρακτηριστικά των προσωπικών εταιρειών. Πιο αναλυτικά, παρουσιάζονται οι προϋποθέσεις σύστασης της Ομόρρυθμης και Ετερόρρυθμης εταιρείας, η έννοια του καταστατικού και το περιεχόμενο του, καθώς και η διαδικασία ίδρυσης τους. Έπειτα, αναλύονται οι τρόποι με τους οποίους λειτουργεί μια προσωπική εταιρεία και παραθέτεται κάθε λογιστική αντιμετώπιση κατά περίπτωση. Στη συνέχεια, ακολουθεί η σύνταξη του Ισολογισμού τέλους χρήσης και ο τρόπος διάθεση του αποτελέσματος στις προσωπικές εταιρείες. Τέλος, εξηγούνται οι λόγοι της λύσεως μια προσωπικής εταιρείας, ο σκοπός της εκκαθάρισης και η λογιστική διαδικασίας της και ο ρόλος των εκκαθαριστών. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present degree project are described the meanings, the distinctions and characteristics of personal companies. More analytically, the requirements of establishing General or Limited Companies, the meaning of memorandum of association, their content and the procedure of their establishment are presented. Hereby are analyzed the ways in which a Personal Company is run, as well as any possible accounting confrontations depending on different circumstances. In continuation, the tax balance composion and the appropriation of credits for Personal companies are described in detail. Finally, the ways of liquidating a personal company, as well as the purpose of clearance, the accounting liquidation procedure and the role of liquidators are explained. | en |
