| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως σκοπό τη διερεύνηση της επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης των αποφοίτων Τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων (Ηράκλειο) του Τ.Ε.Ι Κρήτης. Μεθοδολογικά, η παρούσα εργασία βασίζεται στη σύνθεση δευτερογενών και πρωτογενών στοιχείων. Τα πρωτογενή στοιχεία προέρχονται από έρευνα αγοράς σε απόφοιτους τους τμήματος, τα οποία συλλέχθηκαν με τη μέθοδο της επισκόπησης, χρησιμοποιώντας ως εργαλείο ένα ερωτηματολόγιο με κλειστού τύπου ερωτήσεις. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας φανερώνουν ότι περίπου επτά στους δέκα αποφοίτους εργάζονται σήμερα, αλλά μόνο ένας στου τρεις διαπιστώνει έντονη σχέση μεταξύ του αντικειμένου της εργασίας του με τις σπουδές που παρακολούθησε. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to investigate the professional development of graduates of the Department of Business Administration (Heraklion) of TEI of Crete. The first section of the thesis gives the theoretical background, while the second section presents the methodology and the results of the primary survey conducted among graduates of the Department. According to the results, there is medium relation of the previous studies with the current professional position satisfaction. The results of this research can be used from TEI of Crete in order to improve the quality of undergraduate programs and to connect properly its studies with the needs of the labor market. | en |
