Ο σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η δημιουργία μίας τρισδιάστατης
ταινίας-βίντεο (3-D animation) καθώς και η διεκπεραίωση και σταδιακή ανάλυση των
βημάτων και της διαδικασίας που ακολουθήθηκε. Η εργασία θα χωρισθεί σε 8 βασικά
κεφάλαια, τα οποία το κάθε ένα θα έχει τη δική τη δομή και τα δικά του μικρότερα
υποκεφάλαια. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, τα ουσιαστικότερα κεφάλαια θα είναι: «Εισαγωγή στο 3-D
animation», «Η Εξέλιξη», «Σημαντικά Επιτεύγματα και Εξελίξεις», «3D ANIMATION
SOFTWARE», «COMPUTER - GENERATED IMAGERY (CGI)», «MUVIZU», «ΤΕΛΙΚΟ
PROJECT (Περιγραφή της διαδικασίας της εργασίας και του τελικού αποτελέσματος)» και
τέλος το κεφάλαιο «Συμπεράσματα».
Ουσιαστικότερα δηλαδή, η εκκίνηση θα γίνει από την εισαγωγή και τον ορισμό του
3-D animation, τι είναι δηλαδή, ποια είναι η ιστορία του όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, πως ξεκίνησε
και ποια είναι η σημερινή μορφή του, μετά θα ακολουθήσουν οι εφαρμογές, τομείς που
χρησιμοποιείται (κατά κόρον), άνθρωποι - κλειδιά, τα διάφορα εργαλεία (tools) και
προγράμματα που μπορούν να υλοποιήσουν animation, καθώς και την εκτενέστερη και
λεπτομερή περιγραφή τους! Έπειτα, θα περιγράψουμε ποιο είναι και συγκεκριμένα, τι είναι
το πρόγραμμα που χρησιμοποιούμε, δηλαδή η πλατφόρμα MUVIZU, ποιες είναι οι βασικές
λειτουργίες του, τι μπορούμε και πως μπορούμε να επιτύχουμε τον αρχικό σκοπό μας. Στη
συνέχεια, θα γίνει η περιγραφή του τελικού αποτελέσματος. Το «πως» έγινε η διαδικασία,
ποια τα ακριβής βήματα υλοποίησης της ταινίας, από όλες τις απόψεις, δηλαδή περιγραφή
της πλοκής και του σεναρίου της ταινίας μικρού μήκους, τι πραγματεύεται, ο σχεδιασμός και
η υλοποίηση, ο στόχος που θέλουμε να επιτύχουμε, τα subtasks («υπολειτουργίες» –
«υποστόχοι»), ανάλυση τεχνικού μέρους, ανάλυση καλλιτεχνικού μέρους, ανάλυση σκηνής
και σκηνών και ότι έχει σχέση γενικά με τη δημιουργία του βίντεο. Το τελευταίο κεφάλαιο θα
αφορά τα συμπεράσματα, τυχόν δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίσαμε στο δρόμο μας, κατά την
υλοποίηση, κάτι μου μας έκανε εντύπωση, αν πιστεύουμε ότι θα χρησιμεύσει σε κάποιον (η
παρούσα πτυχιακή) κλπ.
The purpose of the final year project is the creation of a 3D animated film, but also the processing and the gradually analysis of the steps and of the procedure that was followed for the final result. The project is going to have 8 basic chapters, each of them with its own structure and its lesser sub-chapters. In particular, the most vital chapters are going to be: "Introduction to 3D animation", "The Evolution", "Important accomplishments and progresses", "3D Animation Software", "Computer - Generated Imagery (CGI)", "MUVIZU", "Final Project (Description of the whole process of the project and of the final results)" and last but not least, the chapter "Conclusion". Basically, the first step is going to be the introduction and definition of what "3D animation" really is, what is its true story all these years (since day 1), how it started and what is its form nowadays. Afterwards, we will see some applications, sections which is mostly used, important people, various tools and programs with which we can create animation, and of course its thorough and detailed description! Afterwards, we will describe which is, and specifically, what is the program which we are using (the MUVIZU platform), what are its best functions/features, what and how we are going to complete successfully our prime goal. After all of that, we are going to describe, step by step, the process of the final result. How the process was accomplished, what the exact steps were, that we made to complete the film, from all the points of view, such as the description of the plot and of the scenario of this short animated film, what it is about, the planning and the creation, the task that we want to achieve, the subtasks (sub actions and sub goals), analysis of the technical part, analysis of the artistic part, analysis of the scenes and with everything that has to do, in a more general way, with the creation of this video. The last chapter is going to be about the conclusions, difficult parts that we might have come across our way during the creation, anything that might have made us an impression, if we believe that this project is going to be useful to anyone (for example as an instruction manual) etc.
