| dc.description.abstract | Σε περιόδους οικονομικής ύφεσης όπως η παρούσα κατάσταση η οποία έχει περιέλθει η Ελλάδα, τείνουν να εξαλειφθούν οι έννοιες των επιδομάτων του επιπέδου μόρφωσης και της προϋπηρεσίας από τους μισθούς των εργαζομένων. Παράλληλα οι επιχειρήσεις μειώνουν τα λειτουργικά τους έξοδα επηρεάζοντας αρνητικά τους μισθούς των εργαζομένων που απασχολούν, αυτό έχει ως αντίκτυπο την μη ικανοποίηση των βιοτικών αναγκών των εργαζομένων η οποία μεταφράζεται σε μείωση της αποδοτικότητας στο χώρο εργασίας. Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματεύεται τα συστήματα αμοιβών στο σύγχρονο επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον. Επιχειρείται η διατύπωση των εργασιακών σχέσεων και των συστημάτων αμοιβών όπως έχουν διαμορφωθεί μετά από τα τρία προγράμματα δημοσιονομικής προσαρμογής. Γι αυτό θα γίνει λεπτομερή αναφορά των αλλαγών στα συστήματα αμοιβών τα τελευταία χρόνια της ύφεσης . | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In long periods of economic recession, like the condition that Greece is going through now, benefits, bonuses or extra credit for previous employment experience or further education and training, tend to diminish from employee’s wages. At the same time businesses are trying to decrease their operational cost, thus affecting negatively the wages, leading to unsatisfied basic needs of the employees, which lowers the efficiency at work. This diploma thesis examines payment systems in modern business environments. It analyses working relationships and payment systems in modern working environment, as they have progressed after the three financial adjustment programs. For that matter there is a detailed report of changes in payment systems in the last years of economic recession. | en |
