| dc.description.abstract | Η Ιδιωτική Κεφαλαιουχική Εταιρία είναι μία νέα εταιρική και θεσπίστηκε με το νόμο 4072/2012 και αποσκοπεί στην διευκόλυνση της Ελληνικής επιχειρηματικότητας. Έχει νομική προσωπικότητα και από το νόμο να είναι εμπορική αλλά ο σκοπός της να μην είναι εμπορικός. Βασικό χαρακτηριστικό της ΙΚΕ είναι ότι το κεφάλαιό της μπορεί να είναι και μηδενικό (αυτό εισήχθη με τον νόμο 4155/2013). Ακόμη,βασική καινοτομία της ΙΚΕ είναι τα εταιρικά μερίδια και οι εισφορές που αντιπροσωπεύουν,κεφαλαιακές,εξωκεφαλαιακές και εγγυητικές. Η πρόσφατη εισηγμένη αυτή εταιρική μορφή είναι πιο ευέλικτη σε σχέση με τις ήδη υπάρχουσες εταιρικές μορφές. Η πτυχιακή εργασία που ακολουθεί έχει ως θέμα «Την Δομή και την Λειτουργία της Ιδιωτικής Κεφαλαιουχικής Εταιρίας» και αναλύονται στα κεφάλαια που ακολουθούν,βάσει της αιτιολογικής έκθεσης του νόμου 4072/2012 και του νόμου 4155/2013 και τις τροποποιήσεις αυτού. Τέλος, πληροφορίες για την πτυχιακή άντλησα από τα βιβλία του Ευάγγελου Περάκη και από την Astbooks καθώς και από διάφορες ιστοσελίδες του διαδικτύου. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | Private Company is a new kind of business and it is established by the law 4072/2012 and aims to help the Greek entrepreneurship. Its personality is legal and by the law it may has a commercial nature even if it is not established for commercial purposes. In addition, her basic innovation is that its partners can participate and acquire shares by using different kinds of contributions, such as, capital, non-capital and guarantee ones. This recent kind of company is more flexible than the other already existing companies. The theme of the following thesis is «The Structure and the Function of the Private Company», which is analyzed in the following chapters based on the law 4072/2012 and 4155/2013 and the changes the last one made. Finally, all the information that I used for my thesis is from two books, the first one is written by Evangelos Perakis and the second one by Astbooks, also from a wide range of websites. | en |
