| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία ασχολήθηκε με το ΚΤΕΟ και την ίδρυσή τους αλλά και τους τρόπους λειτουργίας τους. Πιο αναλυτικά, το πρώτο κεφάλαιο κατέγραψε την ανάγκη ίδρυσης των ΚΤΕΟ καταρτίζοντας αρχικά τον ορισμό, τις συνθήκες ίδρυσής τους, το έργο και την άδεια ίδρυσης των ΚΤΕΟ καθώς επίσης και ότι αφορά τον εξοπλισμό και το προσωπικό. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο στη συνέχεια αναφέρθηκε στη γενική διάταξη του ΚΤΕΟ , τον εξωτερικό κτιριακό χώρο, τα όργανα και τα μηχανήματα που το απαρτίζουν. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο έπειτα αναφέρθηκε στους υποχρεωτικούς ελέγχους των οχημάτων στα ΚΤΕΟ βάσει νομοθεσίας. Αναλυτική αναφορά έγινε στην αναγνώριση ταυτότητας οχήματος - επισκευές & αντικαταστάσεις - ειδικές νομοθετικές απαιτήσεις, στους άξονες, τις ρόδες, τα φώτα και όλο τον εξοπλισμό των αυτοκινήτων. Το τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο έκλεισε με τα συμπεράσματα. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work dealt with the KTEO and their establishment but also the ways of their operation. In more detail, the first chapter recorded the need to establish the KTEO by initially defining the terms, the conditions of their establishment, the work and the license to establish the KTEO as well as the equipment and the staff. The second chapter then referred to the general layout of the KTEO, the external building, the instruments and the machinery that make up it. The third chapter then referred to statutory vehicle audits in CTEs under legislation. Detailed reference was made to vehicle identification - repairs & replacements - special legislative requirements, axles, wheels, lights and all car equipment. The fourth and final chapter closed with the conclusions. | en |
