| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη έχει ως αντικείμενο την χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση του κλάδου τροφίμων-ποτών για την περίοδο 2008-2012. Αρχικά, γίνεται μια παρουσίαση του θεωρητικού υπόβαθρου στην οποία στηρίζεται η συγκεκριμένη ανάλυση. Αναφέρουμε τις σημαντικότερες εξελίξεις που είχε ο κλάδος και στηριζόμενοι σε πίνακες και διαγράμματα, δείχνουμε την πορεία του κλάδου τόσο στην ελληνική όσο και στην ευρωπαϊκή βιομηχανία. Τέλος, γίνεται χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση της εγχώριας βιομηχανίας, με την χρήση βασικών αριθμοδεικτών όπως, είναι της ρευστότητας, της αποδοτικότητας, της διάρθρωσης κεφαλαίου κ.λπ. | el |
