Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη πληροφοριακού συστήματος για τήρηση αρχείου ενός ιατρείου

| dc.description.abstract | Τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα χρησιμοποιούνται ευρέως πλέον σε όλους τους οργανισμούς και αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο μέρος του δυναμικού τους. Στη παρούσα εργασία θα προσπαθήσουμε να δώσουμε έναν απλό ορισμό των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων. Θα αναφερθούμε σε κάποιες εισαγωγικές έννοιες των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, στα είδη τους, πως παίρνουν μέρος στο χώρο της υγείας και στο τέλος θα κατασκευάσουμε με τη βοήθεια της Microsoft Access μια βάση δεδομένων για ένα ιατρείο. Η εργασία συνοπτικά αναφέρεται στα εξής: Στο 1ο Κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική αναφορά στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα. Αναφέρονται βασικές έννοιες, η ιστορική αναδρομή, πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων καθώς και ανάλυση σε κάποιους τύπους πληροφοριακών συστημάτων. Στο 2ο Κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια σύντομη παρουσίαση για την χρήση των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων στον τομέα της υγείας, καθώς και μια αναφορά στην χρηματοδότηση των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων. Στο 3ο Κεφάλαιο γίνεται ανάλυση του ιατρικού φακέλου ενός ασθενή και τι μπορεί να εμπεριέχει αυτός. Στο 4ο Κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική αναφορά στις βάσεις δεδομένων και στην access. Στο 5ο Κεφάλαιο θα γίνει η υλοποίηση της βάσης και παρουσίαση των αποτελεσμάτων ερωτήσεων έτσι ώστε να αποδειχθεί ότι η βάση λειτουργεί σωστά και εξάγει τα δεδομένα που της ζητούνται. Στο 6ο Κεφάλαιο θα παραταθούν τα συμπεράσματα της πτυχιακής εργασίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The information systems are widely used now in all organisms and are an integral part of their potential. In this paper we try to give a simple definition of information systems. We will refer to some concepts and information systems, their types, that are involved in health care and in the end we will build with the help of a Microsoft Access database to a clinic. The paper briefly refers to: In Chapter 1 is a general reference to information systems. Mentioned basic concepts, the history, advantages and disadvantages of information systems and analysis in some types of information systems. In Chapter 2 a brief presentation on the use of information systems in the health sector, and a report on the financing of information systems. In the third chapter is an analysis of medical records of a patient and it may involve him. In Chapter 4 there is a general reference databases and access. In Chapter 5 will be the implementation of the base and presentation of questions results in order to demonstrate that the database is working properly and extract the data requested from. In the 6th chapter will extend the conclusions of the thesis. | en |
