dc.description.abstractΗ εργασία αυτή έχει στόχο μέσα από την βιβλιογραφική και ηλεκτρονική έρευνα να συγκεντρώσει ένα πλήθος στοιχείων για την Κοινωνική και την Ιδιωτική ασφάλιση. Πρόκειται για μία έρευνα με σκοπό να προβάλει τα χαρακτηριστικά της καθεμίας και να καταλήξει στο συμπέρασμα εάν τελικά η σχέση τους μπορεί να είναι συμπληρωματική και όχι ανταγωνιστική. Στο 1ο κεφάλαιο δίνονται ορισμοί και στοιχεία της Υγείας, ενώ στο 2ο, 3ο και 4ο κεφάλαιο εστιάζουμε συγκεκριμένα στα χαρακτηριστικά της Κοινωνικής και της Ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης και παρουσιάζονται τα βασικά πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα της κάθε μίας. Στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί έρευνα μέσω συνεντεύξεων σε εργαζόμενους στο χώρο της Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλισης, με σκοπό να επιβεβαιωθούν τα παραπάνω βιβλιογραφικά ευρήματα αλλά και να δούμε μέσα από τη ματιά τους και την εμπειρία τους εάν τελικά η Κοινωνική και Ιδιωτική Ασφάλιση μπορούν να να λειτουργήσουν συμπληρωματικά. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με το τελικό συμπέρασμα και την παράθεση όλων των βιβλιογραφικών πηγών που μας βοήθησαν στην εκπόνηση αυτής.el
dc.description.abstractThis paper aims through the bibliography and online research to gather a lot of data of Public and Private Insurance in Greece. This is a research in order to highlight the characteristics of each of the insurance categories and to conclude that eventually their relation can be complementary and not competitive. The first chapter provides definitions and health elements while in the second, third and fourth chapter we focus specifically on the characteristics of Public and Private Insurance and present the main advantages and disadvantages of each. Subsequently a research is carried out through interviews with employees in the Private Insurance sector in order to confirm the above bibliographic findings, but also to see through their experience if Public and Private Insurance can ultimately work together. The thesis concludes with the final conclusion and the listing of all the bibliographic sources that helped us in this process.en
