Η πτυχιακή αυτή εργασία περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή και τον τεχνικό χαρακτηρισμό ενός συστήματος laser ημιαγωγού που χρησιμοποιεί εξωτερική κοιλότητα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα στην πτυχιακή εργασία περιλαμβάνονται λεπτομερή στοιχεία για τον σχεδιασμό της διάταξης, της πηγής τροφοδοσίας, της πηγής θερμοκρασιακού ελέγχου του Laser όπως επίσης και ενός συμβολόμετρου Fabry – Perot.
This project consist in the development and the characterization of an External Cavity Diode Laser system. This work includes the design of the External Cavity, the development of the electronic circuits, which drive the laser diode and finally the construction of one Fabry - Perot interferometer.
