dc.description.abstract	Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποσκοπεί στην ανακατασκευή, την επισκευή, τη συντήρηση και την άρτια λειτουργία ενός εργαστηριακού κινητήρα εσωτερικής καύσης συνδεδεμένου με ένα δυναμόμετρο νερού. Επίσης, στοχεύει στην σωστή λειτουργία και επίδειξη των περιφερειακών συστημάτων του, αυτό του συστήματος ψύξης, του συστήματος λίπανσης και του ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος διαχείρισης του κινητήρα, τα οποία χρήζουν επισκευής βελτιώσεων και επανεγκαταστάσεων. Γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά στα προβλήματα, τις λύσεις και τις εργασίες όπου πραγματοποιήθηκαν στον εργαστηριακό κινητήρα για να καταστεί ξανά λειτουργικός. Επιπρόσθετα παρουσιάζεται η ιστορική αναδρομή των Μηχανών Εσωτερικής Καύσης και η χρήση τους. Ακόμα παρατίθενται οι αρχές λειτουργίας και η απλή περιγραφή μονοκύλινδρης εμβολοφόρου παλινδρομικής μηχανής εσωτερικής καύσης. Καθώς επίσης αναλύονται η θεωριτική και η πραγματική λειτουργία της τετράχρονης βενζινομηχανής. Τέλος πραγματοποιείτε μια ανάληση στο ηλεκτρικό κύκλωμα του κινητήρα, στα συστηματα ψύξης και λίπανσης του καθώς και στα εξαρτήματα τα οποία συντελούν τα συστήματα αυτά.	el
dc.description.abstract	This thesis aims to showcase the reconstruction, restoration, maintenance and the proper functioning of a lab internal combustion engine attached to a hydraulic dynamometer. It also aims to demonstrate its orderly functioning and to display its engine peripheral components, specifically the engine cooling system, the lubrication system and the engine management system which need to be repaired, improved and reinstalled. There is an extensive reference to the problems, the solutions and the operations that were deployed to the lab engine to make it functional again. Moreover, the historical background of internal combustion engines and their use is presented as well as the operating principles and a simple description of a one-cylinder reciprocating piston engine. Both the theoretical and the real function of the four-year petrol engine are analyzed. Finally, there is an analysis of the engine’s electrical system, the cooling system, the lubrication system and the components of these systems too.	en
