| dc.description.abstract | Η εργασία αυτή έχει ως στόχο την ανάλυση της διεθνούς αγοράς ελαιολάδου για τα έτη 2007 έως 2017. Γίνεται ανάλυση της καλλιέργειας και επεξεργασίας του καρπού με απώτερο στόχο την μελέτη του παράγοντα ‘’τεχνολογία’’ και της ανάλυσης κόστους που προκύπτει. Στην συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται τα δεδομένα, παραγωγή, κατανάλωση, εισαγωγές, εξαγωγές ανά χώρα και ανά έτος διεθνώς. Από την αντιπαραβολή των δεδομένων αυτών προκύπτουν συμπεράσματα και προοπτικές για το διεθνές εμπόριο ελαιολάδου. | el |
