| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με τη σχεδιομελέτη για την κατασκευή μονοκύλινδρης Μηχανής Εσωτερικής Καύσης - Μ.Ε.Κ. υπό κλίμακα (~1/10) με τη βοήθεια τρισδιάστατης μοντελοποίησης. Βάση πρότυπων σχεδίων κατασκευής δύο διαστάσεων, επιλέγονται, αναλύονται και σχεδιάζονται τα τμήματα της μηχανής και η λειτουργικότητά τους. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύονται οι ΜΕΚ δίνοντας έμφαση στις κύριες εμβολοφόρες. Στο δεύτερο γίνεται λόγος για τα σχεδιαστικά προγράμματα τρισδιάστατης μοντελοποίησης και ιδιαίτερα στο πρόγραμμα AutodeskInventor. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ο σχεδιασμός των τεμαχίων, η συναρμολόγησή τους και ο έλεγχος λειτουργικότητας μέσω της προσομοίωσης κινηματικής. Τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν παρατίθενται στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας και ακολουθεί η βιβλιογραφία. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is focused on the mechanical design study for the construction of a single cylinder internal combustion engine under scale (~ 1/10) with the help of 3D modeling. It is based on two-dimensional construction pilot designs, that based on them, the machine parts and their functionality are selected, analyzed and designed in three-dimensions. The first chapter analyzes the internal combustion engines. The second deals with the 3D Computer Aided Design programs and especially the Autodesk Inventor program. The third chapter deals with the design of the components, their assembling and their functionality testing by kinematic simulations. The conclusions reached are set out in the fourth chapter of this workand references follow. | en |
