Το εργασιακό άγχος στην εποχή της οικονομικής κρίσης.

| dc.description.abstract | Αρχικά η παρούσα εργασία αφορά το εργασιακό άγχος στο τωρινό εργασιακό περιβάλλον καθώς και τη συμβολή της οικονομικής κρίσης σε αυτό το άγχος. Αναλυτικότερα παρουσιάζονται οι ορισμοί του άγχους, οι διάφοροι παράγοντες που δημιουργούν αυτό το άγχος και ακόμα οι τρόποι αντιμετώπισης του άγχους. Τέλος γίνεται αναφορά στην επιρροή της οικονομικής κρίσης στην Ελλάδα και στις επιπτώσεις που επιφέρει η ανεργία. Επιπροσθέτως για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση της εργασίας πραγματοποιήθηκε πρωτογενής και δευτερογενής ερεύνα. Σχετικά με την πρωτογενής ερεύνα η συλλογή τον στοιχείων πραγματοποιήθηκε με χρίση ερωτηματολογίου, το οποίο διαμορφώθηκε από την ερευνήτρια, και τα δεδομένα προήρθαν από τυχαίο δείγμα εργαζομένων στο νομό Ηρακλείου. Ακόμα όσων αφορά την δευτερογενή ερεύνα πραγματοποιήθηκε βιβλιογραφική ερεύνα σχετικά με το άγχος στο σημερινό εργασιακό περιβάλλων, καθώς και για την οικονομική κρίση στην σημερινή εποχή. Εν συνεχεία έγινε συγκέντρωση τον στοιχείων και η ανάλυση μέσο του στατιστικού προγράμματος PASW Statistics 18 με στόχο την διαμόρφωση τον αποτελεσμάτων για την εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | Initially, this thesis deals with the stress of work in the current work environment as well as the contribution of the financial crisis to this stress. Additionally in this this thesis the definitions of stress, the various factors that create this stress and even ways to deal with stress are presented. Finally, references are made regarding the impact of the economic crisis in Greece and the impact of unemployment. In addition, for the successful completion of the work, primary and secondary investigations were carried out. For the primary survey the data were collected using a questionnaire developed by the researcher, and the data were obtained from a random sample of employees in Heraklion. Also regarding the secondary research, there has been a literature survey on stress in today's workplace environments, as well as on the financial crisis in the current era. The data were then pooled and analyzed through the statistical program PASW Statistics 18 in order to formulate the conclusions. | en |
