| dc.description.abstract | Στη παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία μελετάται μια γραμμή εμφιάλωσης νερού της εταιρείας ΕΤΑΝΑΠ Α.Ε. - Επιτραπέζιο Νερό Σαμαριά. Η συγκεκριμένη γραμμή χρησιμοποιείται για την εμφιάλωση φιαλών PET 0.33 , 0,5 και 1.5 lt. Στα πλαίσια της εργασίας αρχικά γίνεται μελέτη και περιγραφή της τρέχουσας λειτουργίας της γραμμής παραγωγής. Περιγράφονται τα βήματα για την εμφιάλωση νερού και γίνεται εμβάθυνση και ακριβής περιγραφή για όλους τους τομείς της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας. Η παραγωγική διαδικασία ξεκινάει από τη γεώτρηση του νερού, καταλήγει στο παλετάρισμα του τελικού προϊόντος και τελικά στην αποθήκευση του. Η εργασία θα εμβαθύνει και θα περιγράψει αναλυτικά τη διαδικασία εμφύσησης μπουκαλιών PET, με χύτευση με περιστροφή. Θα περιγραφούν όλα τα βήματα της διαδικασίας και οι κρίσιμες τεχνικές παράμετροι υλοποίησης της, όπως το καλούπι που χρησιμοποιείται και ο τρόπος κατασκευής του. Συνοπτικά τα βήματα για την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι: 1. Περιγραφή της διαδικασίας παραγωγής εμφιαλωμένου νερού 2. Περιγραφή της διαδικασίας χύτευσης για την παραγωγή μπουκαλιών από PET για την εμφιάλωση του νερού 3. Συγγραφή και παρουσίαση πτυχιακής εργασίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, a water bottling production line of the ETANAP SA company - Samaria Table Water is studied. This particular line is used for bottling 0.33, 0.5 and 1.5 lt PET bottles. As part of the work, a study and description of the current operation of the production line is initially carried out. The steps for bottling water are described and an in-depth and precise description is made for all areas of the production process. The production process begins with the drilling of water, ends with the palletizing of the final product and finally with its storage. The paper will delve into and describe in detail the PET bottle blow molding process, by spin molding. All the steps of the process and the critical technical parameters of its implementation will be described, such as the mold used and the way it is manufactured. Briefly, the steps for the successful completion of the thesis are: 1. Description of the bottled water production process 2. Description of the molding process for the production of PET bottles for bottling water 3. Writing and presenting a thesis. | en |
