| dc.description.abstract | Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο κάνουμε λόγο για την έννοια και τον ορισμό της εργασίας, το εργατικό δίκαιο, πηγές, αντικείμενο, βασικές έννοιες εργατικού δικαίου. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφερόμαστε στη διαδικασία πρόσληψης εργαζομένου, έντυπα πρόσληψης των εργαζομένων, τον τεχνικό ασφαλείας και το γιατρό εργασίας καθώς ποίες επιχειρήσεις υποχρεούνται στη τήρηση του. Στο τρίτο και τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται: υποχρεώσεις μισθωτού, χρονικά όρια εργασίας, διάφορες μορφές απασχόλησης και όροι εργασίας, υποχρεώσεις εργοδότη, βασικά δικαιώματα εργαζόμενων κατά την διάρκεια εργασιακής σχέσης. Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο (πέμπτο) αναλύουμε την λύση εργασιακής σχέσης, τα έντυπα καταγγελίας ή της λήξης της σύμβασης εργασίας- «Π.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ» και αποζημιώσεις. Τέλος στο έκτο κεφάλαιο κάνουμε λόγο για το "Σώμα Επιθεώρησης Εργασίας" (ΣΕΠΕ) και τις κυρώσεις για παραβάσεις της εργατικής νομοθεσίας. Και στο έβδομο έχουμε ένα υπόδειγμα μιας επιχείρησης DEMO A.E που δείχνει πως εφαρμόζεται η μισθοδοσία μιας διαχειριστικής περιόδου. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In the first chapter we analyze the meaning and the definition of work, the labor law, the sources, the object, the basic concepts of labor law. In the second chapter we analyze the procedure of the recruitment, the recruitment documents, the security technician and the work doctor. In the third and fourth chapter we report the liabilities of the employee, time hours of work, various declaration forms and terms of work liabilities of the employer, the basic worker’s rights during the employment. In the fifth chapter we analyze the dismissal of the employment, the documents, the finish of the employment «ERGANI» and the compensations. In the chapter number six we report "labor inspectorate" and the maintenance for labor law violations. In the seventh chapter we have a model of a business DEMO S.A which shows how the payroll of a management period is applied. | en |
