| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση της διαχείρισης κινδύνου στα δημόσια έργα και ειδικότερα στα δημόσια έργα του Δήμου Γόρτυνας αναλύοντας τις τεχνικές της πολυκριτήριας Ανάλυσης. Καθώς και η ανάλυση της διαχείρισης του κινδύνου στα δημόσια έργα του Δήμου Γόρτυνας με τη μέθοδο της τεχνικής AHP της πολυκριτήριας ανάλυσης Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας γίνεται αναφορά στην διοίκηση έργου με τις βασικές λειτουργίες και διαδικασίες καθώς του παράγοντες που συμβάλουν στην επιτυχία του έργου. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στην διαχείριση κινδύνου στην διοίκηση των δημόσιων έργων καθώς και στον εντοπισμό με τεχνικές και μεθόδους στις όποιες γίνεται ανάλυση και τρόποι αντιμετώπισης των κινδύνων .Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στην πολυκριτήρια ανάλυση και τις βασικές κατηγορίες της . Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται εφαρμογή της επιλεγμένης μεθοδολογίας στην πρώτη φάση της έρευνας αναφέρονται η λίστα των κινδύνων του έργου καθώς και η ανάλυση των κινδύνων στην έκθεση του. Η μελέτη ολοκληρώνεται με την αντιμετώπιση των κινδύνων για τον καθένα ξεχωριστά και στο τέλος παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα της διπλωματικής εργασίας. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this dissertation is the presentation of risk management in public works and in particular in public works of the Municipality of Gortyna by analyzing the techniques of multi-criteria Analysis. As well as the analysis of risk management in public works of the Municipality of Gortyna with the method of AHP technique of multi-criteria analysis. The first chapter of the work refers to the project management with the basic functions and procedures as well as the factors that contribute to the success of the project. The second chapter refers to risk management in the management of public works as well as to the identification with techniques and methods in which the analysis is done and ways of dealing with the risks. The third chapter refers to the multi-criteria analysis and its main categories. In the fourth chapter the applied methodology is applied in the first phase of the research the list of the risks of the project is mentioned as well as the analysis of the risks in its report. The study is completed by addressing the risks for each individual and at the end the conclusions of the dissertation are presented. | en |
