Ο κατασκευαστικός κλάδος εγκυμονεί πολλούς κινδύνους. Τα τελευταία πολλά χρόνια, τα κατασκευαστικά έργα υποφέρουν λόγω έλλειψης ειδικών, ειδικών κατασκευαστικών εργολάβων, προμηθευτών και συμβούλων, και πολλών απρόβλεπτων συνθηκών που έχουν ως αποτέλεσμα, την καθυστέρηση του έργου. Με την υιοθέτηση στρατηγικών διαχείρισης κινδύνου, οι δυνατότητες εξοικονόμησης μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν σε κατασκευαστικά έργα. Για το λόγο αυτό, για τους διαχειριστές έργων και τους προγραμματιστές ακινήτων, η εξέταση της διαδικασίας διαχείρισης κινδύνου είναι πολύτιμη. Η παρούσα εργασία στοχεύει στους κινδύνους που σχετίζονται με την Υγεία, την Ασφάλεια και το Περιβάλλον (HSE) της κατασκευής πολυώροφων κτιρίων σε όλα τα στάδια της εκτέλεσης. Οι κρίσιμοι κίνδυνοι έχουν προσδιοριστεί με βάση την αριθμητική τιμή της ποσοτικοποίησης του κινδύνου και με βάση αυτόν τον κίνδυνο έχουν ταξινομηθεί ως κίνδυνος πρώτου, δεύτερου και τρίτου βαθμού.

For the past several years, construction projects have suffered due to a lack of specialists, specialized construction contractors, suppliers and consultants, and many unforeseen circumstances that result in project delays. By adopting risk management strategies, savings potential can be realized on construction projects. For this reason, for project managers and property developers, examining the risk management process is valuable. This paper aims at the risks related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) of the construction of multi-storey buildings at all stages of execution. Critical risks have been identified based on the numerical value of the risk quantification and based on this risk they have been classified as first, second and third degree risk.
