| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει την έννοια της οργανωσιακής αλλαγής, και να ερευνήσει τη στάση της και των εργαζομένων απέναντι της. Συγκεκριμένα, μέσω της εργασίας αυτής, θα αναλυθούν οι τύποι και τα επίπεδά της αλλαγής και θα αναφερθούν η διαδικασία σχεδιασμού, υλοποίησης, αξιολόγησης και συνεχούς παρακολούθησής της. Επιπλέον, θα περιγραφεί η στάση της Διοίκησης την περίοδο της αλλαγής, οι στρατηγικές, τρόποι υλοποίησης για την αντιμετώπιση των αντιδράσεων και τα λάθη που συνήθως εντοπίζονται. | el |
