| dc.description.abstract | Το Project Management είναι ίσως το πιο σημαντικό πράγμα για την υλοποίηση ανάπτυξη και εκτέλεση ενός έργου. Οι σημαντικότεροι τομείς που πρέπει να ληφθούν υπόψη για την σωστή υλοποίηση ενός έργου είναι οι εξής : Το κόστος έργου. Η ποιότητα έργου. Ο χρόνος του έργου. Οι κίνδυνοι του έργου . Διοίκηση προμηθειών. Διοίκηση ολοκλήρωσης έργου Τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από την εργασία αυτή είναι: ➢ Το κόστος του έργου παίζει καταλυτικό ρόλο για το αν θα πρέπει να γίνει το έργο και αν συμφέρει τελικά ➢ Εκτός από το κόστος μια άλλη πολύ σημαντική παράμετρος είναι η Ποιότητα του έργου ➢ Ο χρόνος περάτωσης του έργου πρέπει να προκαθοριστεί πριν ξεκινήσει το έργο, αν και αυτό ποτέ δεν είναι σίγουρο ➢ Παρόλο τους αρχικούς σχεδιασμούς που μπορούν να γίνου κατά την διάρκεια ενός έργου πάντα υπάρχει ο κίνδυνος ενός απρόοπτου φαινομένου , γι’ αυτό ο manager πρέπει να έχει προετοιμαστεί όσο είναι δυνατόν καλύτερα ➢ Ο κίνδυνος προμηθειών είναι κομμάτι που εξαρτάται κύριων από εξωγενείς παράγοντες , άρα δεν μπορεί να προβλεφθεί και να αντιμετωπιστεί εύκολα ➢ Με την ολοκλήρωση του έργου ο manager πρέπει να κοιτάξει αν έπιασε τους αρχικούς στόχους που είχε ορίσει , και αν όχι τι πήγε στραβά ώστε να δει τι έφταιξε. | el |

The dangers of the project. Procurement management. Project completion management The conclusions that emerged from this work are: ➢ The cost of the project plays a catalytic role in whether the project should be done and whether it is ultimately profitable Apart from the cost, another very important parameter is the quality of the project ➢ The project completion time must be predetermined before the project starts, although this is never certain ➢ Despite the initial plans that can be made during a project there is always the risk of an unexpected phenomenon, so the manager must be prepared as best as possible ➢ Procurement risk is a component that depends mainly on external factors, so it can not be easily predicted and addressed. At the end of the project the manager must look to see if he caught the initial goals he had set, and if not what went wrong to see what went wrong. | en |
