Η εν λόγω μελέτη ασχολήθηκε με την εφαρμογή σύγχρονων μεθοδολογιών χρονοπρογραμματισμού και διαχείρισης έργου με πεδίο εφαρμογής την ανάπτυξη μιας επαγγελματικής ιστοσελίδας και πλατφόρμας ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου για μικρομεσαία επιχείρηση. Σκοπός της μελέτης αυτής είναι η τεκμηρίωση της αναγκαιότητας χρήσης δομημένων εργαλείων για την εξασφάλιση της τεχνικής, οικονομικής και λειτουργικής
βιωσιμότητας του έργου.Αρχικά, Η μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση ξεκινά με την σύνταξη της Μελέτης Σκοπιμότητας (Feasibility Study) και Επιχειρηματικής Υπόθεσης (Business Case), όπου αναλύονται το κόστος, τα οφέλη (ROI, NPV) και οι τεχνικές απαιτήσεις. Στη συνέχεια, εφαρμόζεται και η Δομή Ανάλυσης Εργασιών (Work Breakdown Structure -WBS) για την ιεραρχική διάσπαση του έργου σε πέντε κύριες φάσεις οπού αυτές είναι οι
εξής: Σχεδιασμός, Ανάπτυξη, Δοκιμές, Προώθηση και Συντήρηση.Για τον χρονικό προγραμματισμό και τον έλεγχο αβεβαιότητας αξιοποιούνται συνδυαστικά η Μέθοδος Κρίσιμης Διαδρομής (CPM) με την οποία υπολογίζομε την ελάχιστη διάρκειαπου θα χρειαστεί το έργο και την μέθοδο PERT για την πιθανολογική εκτίμηση των χρόνων υπό συνθήκες αβεβαιότητας. Η οπτική απεικόνιση της πορείας υλοποίησης επιτυγχάνεται μέσω διαγραμμάτων όπωςGantt και δικτύων όπως Activity on Node (AON). Τέλος, πραγματοποιείται αναλυτική κοστολόγηση και διαχείριση πόρων (ανθρώπινων και υλικών), καταλήγοντας στο συμπέρασμα πως η συστηματική χρήση των ανωτέρω εργαλείων είναι καθοριστική για την τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και την επιτυχή έκβαση των τεχνολογικών έργων.
This study focused on the application of modern project scheduling and management methodologies with a scope focusing on the development of a professional website and e-commerce platform for a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME). The purpose of this study is to document the necessity of using structured tools to ensure the technical, financial, and operational viability of the project. Initially, the methodological approach begins with the compilation of the feasibility study and business case, where the cost, benefits (ROI, NPV), and technical requirements are analyzed. Subsequently, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is applied for the hierarchical decomposition of the project into five main phases: Design, Development, Testing, Promotion, and Maintenance. For time scheduling and uncertainty control, the Critical Path Method (CPM), which is used to calculate the minimum project duration is combined with the PERT method for the probabilistic estimation of times under conditions of uncertainty. The visual representation of the implementation progress is achieved through diagrams such as Gantt charts and network diagrams such as Activity on Node (AON). Finally, a detailed cost analysis and resource management (human and material) are performed, leading to the conclusion that the systematic use of the aforementioned tools is crucial for adhering to the schedules and ensuring the successful outcome of technological projects.
