| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να καταφέρει, παρά τους περιορισμένους πόρους και τις ειδικές συνθήκες που επικράτησαν κατά τη συγγραφή της λόγω της πανδημίας του COVID-19, να περιγράψει και να αναδείξει το πρόβλημα της μη ισότιμης φοίτησης αναπήρων σε ιδρύματα Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Για το σκοπό αυτό, καταβλήθηκε προσπάθεια να δοθεί ο λόγος σε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερους φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες, που αντιμετωπίζουν κάποιας μορφής αναπηρία και φοιτούν στις σχολές του ΕΛ.ΜΕ.ΠΑ. στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης, ώστε να προσδιοριστούν και να καταγραφούν τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν. Μελετήθηκαν οι λόγοι για τους οποίους οι φοιτητές με αναπηρία επέλεξαν να σπουδάσουν, οι συνθήκες φοίτησής τους στο Ελληνικό Μεσογειακό Πανεπιστήμιο, οι σχέσεις τους με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας, οι σκέψεις και τα συναισθήματά τους. Τα ευρήματα συγκλίνουν σε υπερθετικό βαθμό στη δυσκολία πρόσβασης στις εγκαταστάσεις του πανεπιστημίου. Αυτό φαίνεται να είναι το κυριότερο ζήτημα που απασχολεί τους φοιτητές με κινητική αναπηρία και συχνά αποτελεί εμπόδιο στην ομαλή διεξαγωγή και την ολοκλήρωση των σπουδών τους. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this graduate work (thesis), despite its limited scope and restricted resources, is to describe and highlight the problem of unequal education of the disabled in Higher Education institutions. Therefore, an effort was made to give the floor to as many students as possible, who face some form of disability and attend the schools of H.M.U in Heraklion, Crete, in order to identify and record the problems that exist in this university and which are an obstacle to the smooth continuation, or even the completion of their studies. The reasons why students with disabilities chose to study in higher education, the conditions of their studies at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, their relations with other members of the academic community, their thoughts and feelings were investigated. The findings converge to a superlative degree on the difficulty of accessing university facilities. This seems to be the main issue of concern to students with mobility disabilities and is often an obstacle to the smooth conduct and the completion of their studies. | en |
