| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία στοχεύει στη θεωρητική παρουσίαση των κινήτρων και των εμποδίων των εργαζομένων γυναικών στη δια βίου εκπαίδευση. Αρχικά, αναλύεται το περιεχόμενο της δια βίου μάθησης και αποσαφηνίζονται οι σχετικοί όροι. Στη συνέχεια, αναφέρεται η πορεία της δια βίου μάθησης στον ελλαδικό χώρο και γίνεται λόγος για τη συμβολή του σχολείου στην ανάπτυξη της δια βίου μάθησης. Η συμμετοχή των γυναικών στην εκπαίδευση, όπως τονίζεται, συνδυαστικά με την κοινωνική τους πορεία, καθυστέρησε να επέλθει εν συγκρίσει με την αντρική. Μετά την εκτενή ανάλυση όλων των προαναφερθέντων, οι φοιτήτριες παρουσιάζουν το ποσοτικό μεθοδολογικό πλαίσιο της έρευνας που πραγματοποίησαν, τα ερευνητικά δεδομένα που συλλέχθηκαν καθώς και τα αντίστοιχα πορίσματα. Οι μισές γυναίκες του δείγματος συσχετίζουν τη δια βίου εκπαίδευση με την απορρόφηση στην αγορά εργασίας, σύμφωνα με την πλειονότητα του δείγματος. Τα σημαντικότερα κίνητρα των γυναικών για την ενασχόλησή τους με τη δια βίου εκπαίδευση είναι η επαγγελματική εξέλιξη, το ενδιαφέρον καθώς και η εκπαιδευτική προετοιμασία. Το βασικότερο πρόβλημα εμπόδιο που εντοπίστηκε ήταν οι καθημερινές υπέρογκες υποχρεώσεις και η πολυπλοκότητα του γυναικείου ρόλου. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to theoretically present the motivations and barriers of working women in lifelong learning. First, the content of lifelong learning is analyzed and the relevant terms are clarified. Then, the course of lifelong learning in Greece is reported and the school's contribution to the development of lifelong learning is discussed. The participation of women in education, as it is emphasized, in combination with their social course, was delayed compared to that of men. After the extensive analysis of all the above, the students present the quantitative methodological framework of the research they conducted, the research data collected as well as the corresponding findings. Half of the women in the sample correlate lifelong learning with labor market absorption, according to the majority of the sample. The most important motivations of women for their involvement in lifelong learning are professional development, personal interests and educational preparation. The main problem that was identified was the daily overwhelmingly demanding daily routine and the complexity of the female role. | en |
