dc.description.abstractΗ διπλωματική εργασία επικεντώνεται στην ταχαίως, πλυθισμιακά, αναπτυσσόμενη ομάδα της Τρίτης Ηιλικίας (Τ3Η) και στο πώς αυτή μέσω της ψηφιοποίησης υπηρεσιών μπορούν να εξυπηρετηθούν αναλόγως. Η ιδέα αναπτύσεται γύρω απο την δημιουργία λογισμικού τύπου SaaS (Software as a Service) υποστίρηξης και περιβάλλοντος D2C (Direct to Consumer), B2B (Business to Business) & B2C (Business to Consumer) όπου θα επιτρέπει σε χρηστες να έχουν πρόσβαση σε αγαθά και υπηρεσίες βάση των αναγκών τους. Το μοντέλο επίσης αναπτύσεται γύρω απο την δημιουργία μίας Εταιρίας Περιορισμένης Ευθύνης ανάλυση της δομής αυτής, ενώ το πληροφοριακό σήστημα αναπτύσει και την ιδέα πίσω απο την ανάλυση της πληροφορίας που θα λαμβάνεται απο την αγορά και θα γίνεται μέσω υβριδικού συστήματος CRM(ERP) που καταγράφεται και αυτό ως κομμάτι του λογισμικού στα πλαισια της διπλωματικής εργασίας.el
dc.description.abstractThe thesis focuses on the rapidly growing Third Age group (T3H) and how they can be served accordingly through the digitization of services. The concept is developed around the creation of SaaS type software (Software as a Service) supporting and environment D2C (Direct to Consumer), B2B (Business to Business) & B2C (Business to Consumer) where it will allow users to have access to goods and services based on their needs. The model also develops around the creation of a Limited Liability Company analysis of this structure, while the information system also develops the idea behind the analysis of the information that will be received from the market and will be done through a hybrid CRM (ERP) system that is recorded and this as part of the software in the framework of the diploma thesis.en
