| dc.description.abstract | Το κύριο αντικείμενο της πτυχιακής εργασίας βασίζεται στις εξαγορές και τις συγχωνεύσεις ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων. Βασικός σκοπός είναι να μελετηθούν διάφορες σχέσεις που αναφέρονται στις Ε&Σ με χρήση θεωρητικών εργαλείων και ποσοτικής ανάλυσης. Για να επιτευχθεί ο σκοπός θα ήταν σημαντικό σε πρώτη φάση να αναλυθούν γενικά στοιχεία των Ε&Σ. όπως τα κίνητρα, η αποδοτικότητα, οι στρατηγικές και η διαδικασία αποτίμησης. Η πτυχιακή εργασία περιλαμβάνει έξι κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται τα γενικά στοιχεία των Ε&Σ, καθώς η ιστορική τους αναδρομή και τα κριτήρια ταξινόμησης. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο δίδονται οι βασικές θεωρίες των Ε&Σ , καθώς και τις στρατηγικές εξαγοράς. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η αποδοτικότητα των Ε&Σ και οι παράγοντες που μπορούν να επηρεάσουν την αποτελεσματικότητα τους. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται οι αποτιμήσεις των εταιριών στόχων, αναλύοντας τους 6 μύθους και τα βασικά στάδια της διαδικασίας αποτίμησης. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο ακολουθεί η περιγραφή και η ανάλυση των Ε&Σ ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων. Τέλος, στο έκτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται τα βασικά συμπεράσματα. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this study is the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) of Greek businesses. It is important to study different relations in M&A with careful use of theoretical tools and quantitative analysis. In order to achieve the goal, it would be important, in the first phase, to analyze general elements of M&A, such as the incentives, efficiency, strategies and the valuation process. The dissertation consists of six chapters. The first chapter mentions the general elements of M&A, as well as the historical background and classification criteria. The second chapter gives the basic theories of M&A, as well as the acquisition strategies. The third chapter analyzes the efficiency of M&A and the factors that can affect their performance. The fourth chapter mentions the valuation process of the target companies, analyzing the 6 myths and the basic stages of the valuation process. Τhe fifth chapter describes and analysis M&A of Greek businesses. Finally, the sixth chapter concludes the study. | en |
