| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διπλωματική εργασία με θέμα «Οι Ανάγκες Δια Βίου Μάθησης των Επιχειρήσεων Φιλοξενίας στο Ηράκλειο» έχει ως σκοπό τη διερεύνηση των εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών του προσωπικού των ξενοδοχείων του Ηρακλείου, αλλά και το βαθμό συμμετοχής των εργαζομένων σε προγράμματα κατάρτισης, την ποιότητα των προγραμμάτων που συμμετείχαν, καθώς και τη Δια Βίου Εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού. Βάσει της μεθοδολογίας, η παρούσα εργασία βασίζεται στη σύνθεση πρωτογενών και δευτερογενών στοιχείων. Τα πρωτογενή στοιχεία προέρχονται από έρευνα σε υψηλόβαθμα στελέχη των ξενοδοχείων του Ηρακλείου, τα οποία συλλέχθηκαν με τη μέθοδο ενός δομημένου ηλεκτρονικού ερωτηματολογίου με ανοικτού και κλειστού τύπου ερωτήσεις. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας φανερώνουν σαφείς εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες, όσον αφορά τη δια βίου μάθηση των υψηλόβαθμων στελεχών και τη δια βίου εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The present postgraduate thesis on "The Lifelong Learning Needs of Hospitality Sector in Heraklion, Crete" aims to investigate the educational needs of hotel staff in Heraklion, Crete, but also the level of participation of employees in training programs, the quality of programs who participated, as well as the Lifelong Training of the staff. Based on the methodology, the present thesis is based on the synthesis of primary and secondary data. The primary data come from a survey of senior hotel executives in Heraklion, Crete, which were collected by the method of a structured electronic questionnaire with opened and closed questions. The results of the research show obvious educational needs, in terms of lifelong learning of senior executives and lifelong education of staff. | en |
