| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να αναλύσει την αγορά του ελαιολάδου ΠΟΠ, να εξετάσει την προοπτική για την ανάπτυξη μιας μονάδας παραγωγής και τυποποίησης ελαιολάδου και να συντάξει ένα επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο σχετικά με την ίδρυση μιας νέας μονάδας παραγωγής και τυποποίησης ελαιολάδου στην περιοχή του Πηλίου. Στο χαρτοφυλάκιο της εταιρίας θα περιλαμβάνονται δύο προϊόντα: το εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο και το βιολογικό ελαιόλαδο. Οι αγορές στις οποίες θα διαθέτει τα προϊόντα της η εταιρία θα είναι η ελληνική και αγορές της Ευρώπης. Αναλύεται το συνολικό κόστος της επένδυσης, η δομή της εταιρίας, γίνεται ανάλυση του εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού περιβάλλοντος της εταιρίας, προσδιορίζεται η στρατηγική μάρκετινγκ που θα ακολουθήσει και συντάσσεται πλήρες χρηματοοικονομικό σχέδιο για τη νέα επένδυση. Από τα αποτελέσματα προκύπτει ότι αξίζει να γίνει η συγκεκριμένη επένδυση. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this work is to analyze the PDO olive oil market, to examine the prospect of developing an olive oil production and standardization unit, and to prepare a business plan for the establishment of a new olive oil production and standardization unit in the Pelion region. The company's portfolio will include two products: extra virgin olive oil and organic olive oil. The markets in which the company will market its products will be Greek and European markets. The total cost of the investment is analyzed, the structure of the company, the internal and external environment of the company is analyzed, the marketing strategy to be followed and a complete financial plan for the new investment is drawn up.
