| dc.description.abstract | Στη συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική εργασία διεξάγεται μια μελέτη σκοπιμότητας σχετικά με την πραγματοποίηση μιας επένδυσης σε μονάδα παραγωγής ενέργειας που χρησιμοποιεί Ανανεώσιμες Πηγές Ενέργειας (ΑΠΕ). Αρχικά, γίνεται μια θεωρητική προσέγγιση των βασικών εννοιών που θα αναλυθούν στη συγκεκριμένη εργασία, για να επιτευχθεί η καλύτερη κατανόησή τους από τον αναγνώστη. Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται εκτενής τεχνική περιγραφή του παραγωγικού συστήματος της μονάδας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, γίνεται ανάλυση των επιμέρους λειτουργιών του παραγωγικού συστήματος, του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού που απαιτείται και του τρόπου με τον οποίο παράγεται το τελικό προϊόν, δηλαδή η ηλεκτρική ενέργεια. Τέλος, διεξάγεται η τεχνοοικονομική μελέτη του εγχειρήματος που μελετάται. Πιο αναλυτικά, υπολογίζονται το αρχικό κόστος της επένδυσης, τα λειτουργικά κόστη και το καθαρό κέρδος προ φόρων, ώστε να υλοποιηθεί η μακροχρόνια ανάλυση της επένδυσης και να εξαχθούν συμπεράσματα σχετικά με το αν είναι κερδοφόρα ή όχι για τους υποψήφιους επενδυτές. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This specific thesis discusses a feasibility study about the fulfillment of an investment of an energy production unit using Renewable Energy Sources (RES). At first, there is a theoretical approach of basic meanings that will be analyzed in this thesis in order to succeed a best comprehension by the reader. It follows an extensive technical description of the unity productive system. More specifically, at this part is taking place the analysis of the individual functions of the production system, of the mechanical equipment that is required and of the way the final product is produced, namely the electric energy. In conclusion, the techno economic survey of the project is carried out. Analytically, the cost of the investment, the operating costs and the net profit are estimated, so that the long-term analysis of the investment is implemented and the conclusions are drawn about whether the project is profitable or not for the potential investors. | en |
