Εισαγωγή: Υπάρχουν κάποιοι παράγοντες οι οποίοι είναι καθοριστικοί για την ποιότητα ζωής σε έναν ασθενή με ρευματικά νοσήματα όπως η απουσία πόνου, η καλή ποιότητα ύπνου, η διατήρηση της σεξουαλικής δραστηριότητας, η έλλειψη πρωινής δυσκαμψίας, εξάντλησης και άγχους καθώς και η εργασιακή και κοινωνική λειτουργικότητα.
Σκοπός: Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι η παρουσίαση της ποιότητας ζωής των ασθενών με ρευματικά νοσήματα.
Υλικό Μέθοδος: Χρησιμοποιήθηκε ερωτηματολόγιο για την συλλογή δεδομένων και η επεξεργασία τους έγινε με τη χρήση του SPSS ver 26.0
Αποτελέσματα: Από την έρευνα παρατηρήθηκε πως η πλειοψηφία των ασθενών με ρευματικές παθήσεις παρουσιάζει ελαττωμένη ποιότητα ζωής σε κάθε τομέα που αφορά την κινητικότητα και την καθημερινότητα των ανθρώπων αυτών.
Συμπεράσματα: Για την διατήρηση και την βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής των ασθενών με ρευματικά νοσήματα θα πρέπει τόσο η θεράπων ιατρός αλλά και ο ίδιος ο ασθενής να συνεργάζονται επιτυχώς γεγονός που καταδεικνύεται και από την ανάγκη των ασθενών να αισθάνονται άνετα με τους επαγγελματίες υγείας και να μιλούν άνετα μαζί τους για τους θεραπευτικούς στόχους και τις προτιμήσεις τους για την αντιμετώπιση της νόσου τους.
Introduction: There are some factors that are crucial for the quality of life in a patient with rheumatic diseases such as the absence of pain, good sleep quality, maintenance of sexual activity, lack of morning stiffness, exhaustion and stress as well as work and social functioning. . Aim: The aim of this study is to present the quality of life of patients with rheumatic diseases. Material Method: The research method that was followed was the prevalence study and in particular cross-sectional study, as the purpose was to estimate a situation at a given time. For data collection there were used the “Whoqol- Bref measure quality of life” and the “HAQ(1-4) disability index” questionnaires. For data analysis has been used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) ver 26.0 statistical software. Results: The study sample was consisted of 120 patients with rheumatic diseases who came into the public Health Center of Heraklion City, in the majority of women, aged 46-55 years. Specifically, 75,8% of the samples (91 persons) were female and the 24,2% (29 persons) were male. According to the results, patients΄ quality of life was described in the middle scale, and their body activity was measured in the majority (41,7%) as middle to severe disability. Conclusions: In order to maintain and improve the quality of life of patients with rheumatic diseases, both the treating physician and the patient should cooperate successfully, which is demonstrated by the need for patients to feel comfortable with health professionals and to talk. comfortable with them for their therapeutic goals and preferences for treating their disease.
