| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή έχει τίτλο «Υιοθεσία: Προβληματισμοί και προτάσεις που αφορούν την εφαρμογή του θεσμού στην Π.Ε. Ηρακλείου μέσα από την καταγραφή της εμπειρίας των θετών γονέων» και περιλαμβάνει δύο μέρη: το θεωρητικό και το ερευνητικό. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος γίνεται μια βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση του θεσμού της υιοθεσίας, αναφερόμενοι στα είδη υιοθεσίας, στις διαφορές της υιοθεσίας ανηλίκων και ενηλίκων, στο θεσμικό πλαίσιο γύρω από τον θεσμό της υιοθεσίας. Επίσης επισημαίνονται οι βασικές διαφορές που προκύπτουν με τον Ν4358/2018. Επίσης γίνεται αναφορά στον σημαντικό ρόλο των Κοινωνικών Λειτουργών στη διαδικασία της υιοθεσίας, ενώ παρατίθενται στοιχεία απο έρευνες σχετικά με την αποψη των θετών γονέων για τον θεσμό της υιοθεσίας. Στο ερευνητικό μέρος καταγράφονται τα αποτελέσματα της ομάδας γονέων, η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε σε 6 συναντήσεις, όπου δόθηκε η ευκαιρία σε θετούς γονείς να μοιραστούν εμπειρίες και συναισθήματα. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με τα συμπεράσματα και τις προτάσεις μας για μελλοντικές έρευνες. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is entitled "Adoption: Reflections and proposals concerning the implementation of the institution in the P.E. of Heraklion through the recording of the experience of adoptive parents" and includes two parts: the theoretical and the research. In the theoretical part there is a bibliographic review of the institution of adoption, referring to the types of adoption, the differences of adoption of minors and adults, the institutional framework around the institution of adoption. The main differences arising with N4358/2018 are also highlighted. Reference is also made to the important role of Social Workers in the adoption process, while data from research on the opinion of adoptive parents on the institution of adoption are presented. The research part records the results of the parents' group, which took place in 6 meetings, where adoptive parents were given the opportunity to share experiences and feelings. The work concludes with our conclusions and suggestions for future research. | en |
