Περίληψη
Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία επικεντρώνεται στη διεξοδική
ενεργειακή επιθεώρηση των σπουδαστικών εστιών του Ελληνικού
Μεσογειακού Πανεπιστημίου με απώτερο σκοπό την έκδοση Πιστοποιητικού
Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης (ΠΕΑ). Στο πλαίσιο της μελέτης πραγματοποιήθηκε
αναλυτική αποτύπωση των υφιστάμενων συνθηκών του κτιρίου, συλλογή και
αξιολόγηση των απαραίτητων δεδομένων και εφαρμογή του λογισμικού G-CAD
και ΚΕΝΑΚ της 4Μ σε συνδυασμό με το ΤΕΕ-ΚΕΝΑΚ, ώστε να προκύψουν
αξιόπιστα αποτελέσματα ενεργειακής αποδοτικότητας. Η μεθοδολογία
ακολουθεί τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές του ισχύοντας κανονισμού και αξιοποιεί
εργαλεία τεκμηριωμένα και εγκεκριμένα από επίσημους φορείς. Τα ευρήματα
της εργασίας ανέδειξαν τις βασικές ενεργειακές αδυναμίες του κτιρίου,
προσδιορίζοντας στοχευμένες παρεμβάσεις εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας που
δύναται να αναβαθμίσουν την ενεργειακή του κατάταξη. Η εργασία συνεισφέρει
ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ενεργειακής διαχείρισης στον τομέα των φοιτητών
υποδομών και αποτελεί πρότυπο εφαρμογής της ενεργειακής επιθεώρησης σε
όμοια κτίρια.
This thesis has its focus on the thorough energy inspection of the Hellenic Mediterranean University dormitories, aiming ultimately at the issuance of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). During the study, a detailed documentation of the current condition of the building, a collection and evaluation of the required information and the use of G-CAD and KENAK (4M programs) combined with TEE-KENAK, took place, in order to reassure the validity of the Energy Performance results. The methodology that has been followed is according to the current regulation and uses approved implements from certified institutions. The research findings revealed the energy inefficiencies of the building and contributed to solutions for upgrading the buildings’ energy class. The main purpose of this thesis is to assist in improving the energy management in student dormitories and it serves as an energy inspection model for comparable buildings.
