Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται την χρήση των φυτοφαρμάκων στις καλλιέργειες
και την επίπτωση που μπορεί να έχουν στους τελικούς καταναλωτές σύμφωνα με την
διατροφή τους. Στα πλαίσια της μελέτης πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα σε ευρύτερη
περιοχή της ανατολικής Κρήτης με σκοπό να διερευνηθούν οι διατροφικές συνήθειες
του δείγματος, την ύπαρξη προβλημάτων υγείας σε αυτούς, την ποσότητα
φυτοφαρμάκων στα προϊόντα που καταναλώνουν και την σχέση που έχει αυτή με τα
προβλήματα υγείας τους. Για τις ανάγκες της έρευνας χρησιμοποιήθηκαν
ερωτηματολόγια σε 50 άτομα και στην συνέχεια έγινε στατιστική ανάλυση των
αποτελεσμάτων. Οι απαντήσεις έδειξαν πως τα άτομα του δείγματος βρίσκονται σε
εξαιρετική κατάσταση υγείας και ακολουθούν μια εβδομαδιαία διατροφή η οποία
περιέχει πλήθος προϊόντων στα οποία έχει γίνει χρήση φυτοφαρμάκων. Αν η χρήση
των φυτοφαρμάκων γίνει σύμφωνα με τις συμβουλές των ειδικών και των
κατασκευαστών, στην ποσότητα της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας και με τον προβλεπόμενο
τρόπο, τότε αυτά δεν αποτελούν υψηλό κίνδυνο για την ανθρώπινη υγεία.
Τhis survey discusses the use of pesticides in crops and the impact they may have on final consumers according to their diet. In the framework of the study, research was carried out in a wider area of eastern Crete in order to investigate the dietary habits of the sample, the existence of health problems in them, the amount of pesticides in the products they consume and the relationship they have with their health problems. For the needs of the survey, questionnaires were used in 50 individuals and a statistical analysis of the results was then carried out. The responses showed that individuals in the sample are in excellent health and follow a weekly diet containing a number of products that have been using pesticides. If the use of pesticides is done according to the advice of the experts and manufacturers, in the quantity of the legislation in force and in the way prescribed, they do not constitute a high risk to human health.
