Περίληψη
Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αναφέρεται στη διερεύνηση των χαρακτηριστικών που πρέπει να έχει ένα διευθυντικό στέλεχος της εκπαίδευσης. Έγινε βιβλιογραφική έρευνα στα χαρακτηριστικά που αναζητούνται, τα οποία πρέπει να κατέχει ένα στέλεχος βάσει της Ελληνικής και της Διεθνής βιβλιογραφίας.
Έγινε αναφορά στα κριτήρια επιλογής ενός στελέχους της εκπαίδευσης και στους νόμους επιλογής στελεχών εκπαίδευσης τα τελευταία είκοσι χρόνια στην Ελλάδα.
Τέλος εκπονήθηκε έρευνα γνώμης με ερωτηματολόγια σε εκπαιδευτικούς και στελέχη της εκπαίδευσης σε τοπικό και πανελλήνιο επίπεδο. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας αυτής θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για να αποσαφηνιστούν τα κριτήρια επιλογής στελεχών στο μέλλον και να γίνουν προτάσεις.
This thesis focuses on exploring the characteristics that an educational executive should have. A literature review was conducted on the traits that are sought after, which an executive should possess according to Greek and international literature. Reference was made to the selection criteria for educational executives and to the laws governing the selection of educational executives in Greece over the past twenty years. Finally, a survey was carried out with questionnaires given to teachers and educational executives at both local and national levels. The results of this survey could be used to clarify the criteria for selecting executives in the future and to make proposals.
