This thesis aims to present the structure and operations of a radio station through a short documentary, which features key figures with a pivotal role in each main department of the station, explaining their workflow and responsibilities. The first part of the text develops the core theoretical and methodological dimensions of the approach to the subject, focusing on the art of documentary as a tool for research, narrative and documentation. It also highlights the multifaceted nature of radio, specifically sports radio, as a modern and dynamic medium of mass communication. The second part describes the practical aspects of making the documentary, structured into three distinct stages corresponding to the film's pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
